Delivery
Once you have chosen and paid for your item, it will be sent to you, securely packaged, by Royal Mail Special Delivery (i.e., signed for) within three business days of payment being received or cleared.
Postage is free to Uk addresses; please contact me for postage costs to addresses outside the UK.
Returns policy
If any item purchased arrives damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price if you inform me immediately, and return the item, together with any damaged packaging, securely wrapped. You may also return any item within 14 days of receipt if it is found to be faulty, and either the item will be replaced, if that is possible, or you may request a full refund of the purchase price. Items can be returned for any reason up to 7 days after receipt, with the exception of earrings (for hygiene reasons) and commissioned items, and the purchase price minus 10% for administration costs will be refunded. Postage costs remain your responsibility. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
